These terms apply to free products, gifts, and giveaways offered through Focus Jumps (together, “Offers”). A specific giveaway may have its own rules; if they differ, the specific rules apply.
No purchase necessary
You never need to buy anything to receive a free product or enter a giveaway. A purchase will not improve your chances.
Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Offers are open to people in the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise, and are void where prohibited by law.
- Employees of Focus Jumps and of the partner brand running an Offer may not take part.
How free products work
- Free products come from our partner brands and depend on what they have available. Asking for a product does not guarantee you will receive one.
- We match members with brands based on factors such as location, how active you are in the community, and what a brand is looking for.
- A brand may ask you to share honest feedback or content about the product. You will always be told before you accept, and any posts must be disclosed as described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Giveaways
- Each giveaway post states how to enter, the entry period, the prize, and how winners are chosen (usually at random).
- Winners are contacted only from the official @focusjumps account or info@focusjumps.com. We will never ask for a password, card number, or payment to claim a prize. Please report any account that does.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we may choose another winner.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply.
Shipping and personal data
To send a product, we or the partner brand will need your name and shipping address. We use this only to deliver your product, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Giveaways run on Instagram are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
Changes and cancellation
We may change or cancel an Offer if it can no longer run as planned, for example if a partner brand withdraws.
