Focus Jumps (“Focus Jumps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the website focusjumps.com (the “Site”) and the @focusjumps community. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us, message us on Instagram, or ask about community deals, we receive your name, email address or username, and anything you choose to include in your message.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and the date you signed up. We use it only to send you Focus Jumps updates, tips, and community deals. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to be removed at any time.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site secure and working.
- Cookies. The Site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. If you are logged in as an administrator, WordPress sets login cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
Links to Instagram
Our homepage shows images from our Instagram account that link to the original posts. These images are hosted on our own Site, so viewing them does not share data with Instagram. When you click through to Instagram, Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and its privacy policy apply.
Partner brands and links
We share links and discount codes from jump rope brands we follow. When you click through to a brand’s website, that brand’s own privacy policy applies. Some links or codes may be part of a partner or affiliate program, which means the brand may know that you came from Focus Jumps. We may receive a small commission, at no extra cost to you, which helps us keep the community running.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages and share community deals you ask about.
- To send our newsletter to people who signed up for it.
- To run, maintain, and protect the Site.
- To understand what content is useful to the community.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site (such as our hosting provider), when you ask us to connect you with a partner brand, or when required by law.
Data retention
We keep messages and contact details only as long as needed to respond to you and for our records, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area and UK (GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at info@focusjumps.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
